Provide witnesses and notary for on-site and off-site signings.
Create and/or review all deeds, contracts, care agreements, assignments, and other legal documents in accordance with client’s life care plan.
Implement legal strategies, and change and adjust those strategies to accommodate a client’s situation and changes in the law.
Initiate meetings and telephone conference calls as necessary to implement and maintain life care plans.
